OPEN MIND OPEN BODY Ideas for Your Yoga Practice |
After many years of monthly emails, I have decided to stop producing Open Mind Open Body as a monthly web-based newsletter. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this global network! This website will remain a resource for new yoga students and teachers. All of the information from previous newsletters is archived on the "Resources" page.
Take care, Kelly
