Teacher Training Workshops
I teach Anatomy, Physiology, and Teaching Methods (including the art of hands-on adjustments) for the Avalon Yoga Center Teacher Training Program. The next training begins in February 2006; you can enroll now.
Yoga Ethics are the foundation for the teacher training.
The Avalon Yoga Teacher Training Program also includes an extended teaching mentorship, providing guidance, feedback, and structured teaching practicum for teachers-in-training. Mentorship hours can include class attendance, private sessions, weekly discussions on the art and business of teaching yoga, supervised teaching, and teaching evaluations.
