The Yoga of Connection and Can Yoga Really Change My Life? The 2005 and 2006 year-long email classes are now over, but you can register to receive access to the archives at anytime, and participate by following the practice suggestions and homework at your own pace. Anyone who makes a donation of any size to support Open Mind Open Body will receive instructions for accessing these materials. Yoga Classes: Saturday, 4:30-6:00 PM. Vinyasa Yoga. Avalon Yoga. $16 drop-in. This class integrates creative vinyasa yoga, meditation, mudra, and breathing, with a focus on going deep within to experience the joy and journey of the practice. Monday, 5:05-6:35 PM. Vinyasa Yoga. Stanford Aerobics and Yoga Program. $9 drop-in, $60/quarter (12 weeks). A challenging class for students with a regular yoga practice. Class is ONGOING (drop-ins OK anytime). Meets at Rains Hacienda Commons at Stanford University. Healthy Back Classes: Tuesday/Thursday, 12:00-1:00 PM. Healthy Back, Core Strength. Health Improvement Program. $80/quarter (11 weeks). Integrates Pilates, yoga, functional fitness, and breathing techniques. . Register through HIP. No drop-ins.
